Description: This FREE 3 hour seminar is presented by the Workers Compensation Board of PEI. It opens with a thought-provoking video to bring awareness to the importance of adequate training and supervision, followed by sharing of information and experiences, reviewing real life cases and the lessons learned, and applying due diligence principles to help resolve given scenarios. Participants will learn about their safety responsibilities and how to take a 6-step due diligence approach to help prevent and reduce illness and injury at work. Best suited for those who direct and assign work to others, including employers, owners, directors, managers and supervisors.
