An 18 year old man from British Columbia has been charged by Charlottetown Police with three counts of Possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking after a drug bust last week.
Late last Thursday night, the Charlottetown Police Street Crime Unit made the arrest after an investigation into the illicit drug trade of selling fentanyl in Charlottetown.
Police executed a search warrant at a home on Ferndale Drive in Charlottetown and seized 310 grams of fentanyl, 180 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 90 grams of cocaine, two cell phones and approximately $2200 in cash. Police say the estimated street value of the drugs seized is about $184-thousand.
