Gas prices fall slightly while furnace oil and diesel prices increase

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission has approved a decrease of 1.0 cent per litre in the price of regular gasoline; an increase of 1.5 cents per litre in the price of furnace oil; and an increase of 1.0 cent per litre in the price of diesel.  Propane price adjustments range from a decrease of 1.8 cents per litre to an increase of 2.3 cents per litre.  Including taxes, pump prices for regular self-serve gasoline now range from 162.6 to 163.8 cents per litre.  Diesel costs you between 178.4 and 179.5 cents per litre.  The maximum price for furnace oil is 122.3 cents per litre.  Propane prices range from 79.7 to 82.0 cents per litre.
