The projections came in Tuesday afternoon that Prime Minister Mark Carney will lead a minority Liberal government. Elections Canada spent Tuesday wrapping up counting all the ballots in what turned out to be a razor-close race leaving the Liberals just three seats short of winning a majority. The Conservatives also performed much better in those areas and in the Prairies.
