Court adjournment – murder case

A P-E-I Supreme Court judge has adjourned the case of a teenager accused of killing 17-year-old Tyson MacDonald.The case has been delayed until September 10th.The youth, whose name is protected under a publication ban, did not appear in court today and will remain in custody on remand. The teen has been charged with first-degree murder and interfering with human remains in MacDonald’s death.
