Health PEI says the Emergency Department at Kings County Memorial Hospital will be open as usual for regular hours on Monday. It had been closed on Saturday due to lack of staffing. The Emergency Department at Kings County Memorial Hospital will be open on Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
