The Cross Roads Fire Department responded to a fire call about 2:00am Friday at a multi-unit seniors building on St. John Avenue in Stratford. Firefighters arrived to find an exterior fire and were able to quickly extinguish it. Cross Roads Fire Chief Greg McCormick says all 20 residents of the building are accounted for and there were no injuries.
