You’ll be the face of our stations at festivals, concerts, remotes, and community events all summer long, bringing the party wherever we go. Think music, tents, giveaways, social media moments, and unforgettable listener interactions.
This position is strictly 19+ and applicants must meet this requirement.
What You’ll Be Doing

Represent Hot 105.5 & Ocean 100 at events, remotes, and promotions across PEI

Assist with external marketing plans and content

Coordinate station appearances

Liaison with key community groups and partners

Set up eye-catching event displays (tents, banners, audio/video gear — the full “radio roadshow” experience)

Hype up crowds, engage listeners, and create fun, memorable moments

Think fast and get creative — no two events are ever the same

Work as part of a tight-knit promotions team while also owning your role

Jump on the mic as an MC when needed

Create and share fresh, fun content for social media

Safely handle and store station equipment and vehicles

Create schedules and maintain timeliness according to when you are needed

Follow health, safety, and public protocols at all times
You’re a Great Fit If You…

Are 19 years of age or older
-
Have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record
-
Are studying (or have studied) broadcasting, media, marketing, PR — or just love radio and events
-
Are confident, outgoing, and not afraid to talk to everyone
-
Know your way around social media and how to grab attention fast
-
Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, and the occasional late night
-
Are a team player with a positive attitude and high energy
-
Don’t mind lifting, setting up, and handling heavy promotional gear
-
Understand how important it is to represent our brands professionally — while still having fun
Availability
This is a seasonal opportunity running from May 13 to September 7, 2026, with hours based around events and promotions throughout the summer.
