Advance polls for the 2023 provincial election will be held on Saturday, March 25th, Monday the 27th and Friday the 31st.
Election day is Monday, April 3rd.
Polls will be open on all of those days between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Mail-in ballots are available but applications must be in to Elections PEI by 6.00 p.m. on Tuesday this week.
The number of candidates running in this election totals 119 which is up from 109 in the 2019 provincial election and 105 in 2015.
The governing PC’s and NDP have a full slate of 27 candidates. The Greens and Liberals have 25 each running. There are 11 candidates for the Island Party and four independents will be on the ballot.
