The lighthouse officially, for the first time ever, opened its doors to the public beginning on June 24th, with our grand opening scheduled for July 10, 2024, at 4pm. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony by Her Honour Lieutenant Governor Antoinette Perry, along with other dignitaries in attendance. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this monumental occasion which is near and dear to the hearts of the community. The café/artisan shop adjacent to the lighthouse will be open to the public starting on July 8th, same hours as the lighthouse from 10am to 6pm daily. NATO is celebrating their 75th anniversary this year and they will have a number of dignitaries in attendance.
